Inspired by Labrinth and Zendaya's song "I'm Tired", this digital painting represents Kayla's experience of overcoming suicidal ideation, and looking for more healthy coping mechanisms. Ever since she was a young child, Kayla would frequently pray for God to take her life having been exhausted by her circumstances, however, as she looks for healing, Kayla begins to build a relationship with God as a way to get her through her days. 

By using both phrases "Hey lord, you know I'm tired" and "Hey lord, you know I'm trying", Kayla shows that although she is tired, she is still trying and fighting for a life that she wants and deserves instead of giving up.
